Brands Lover BAG SPA
By accepting our cleaning and/or colouring service(s), you agree to the following terms & conditions:
1. Brands Lover cannot guarantee complete removal of stains but will try our best upon customer’s request. This will be done at the clients’ own risk. Additional charges at prevailing rates apply. Brands Lover reserves the right at it’s discretion to refuse to service any item.
2. Brands Lover will try our best in colouring every item entrusted to us for colour restoration and in ensuring that the final colour of the item is as close to the original colour as possible. However, we may not be able to guarantee that the colour will be exactly the same as its original colour and the customer understands and agrees to this condition before entrusting the item to us.
3. Customers should empty their bags / wallets completely before handing over the items to Brands Lover as we cannot be held responsible for loss of any items which customers may claim to have left in the bag / wallet. Any items found by Brands Lover during servicing will be returned to the customer accordingly.
4. Brands Lover does not take responsibility for any inherent weaknesses or defects in materials.
5. All bag spa packages purchased through this online platform will be picked up from and delivered back to you once it has been completed.
6. All items must be carefully examined upon return of the item to the customer and any form of dissatisfaction must be made known to us within the same day of delivery. Brands Lover will not be liable for any subsequent claims of dissatisfaction.
7. Subject to the above conditions, should any item be proven to be damaged due to Brands Lover negligence, the maximum liability assumed by Brands Lover is no more than ten times the regular service charge of each item.
8. By submitting your personal information, you agree and consent to Brands Lover to collect, use, disclose and process your personal information sent out in the collection form or otherwise provided by yourself or possessed by Brands Lover, for administrative, marketing and promotional purposes.
