Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are required to provide the receipt for the purchase.

Items returned without prior notice will not be processed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are required to provide a proof of purchase.

Refunds
You will be notified once we have received your returned item and inspected the item. If approved, we will notify the payment method company that you engaged to pay us when you place the order, the payment method company will process the refund. 

At any time, Brandslover reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the return item doesn't meet the above conditions.
